Uttarakhand, Goa, Manipur Have More MLAs with Criminal Charges than 2017: ADR

Of the 170 MLAs elected to the three assemblies, 145 (85%) are crorepatis, the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) reports suggested. In 2017, 123 MLAs from the three states were crorepatis.
