Protests as new towers marked for isolation unit

Over a hundred residents of a new residential complex in Diva (that lies between Mumbra and Dombivli) and those planning to move into their homes clashed with the police at the gates on Monday afternoon as Thane civic officials arrived to survey some towers for use as quarantine centres.
