Mumbai: Court green signal for sale of Wadhawans’ yacht, two aircraft

A magistrate court allowed the RBI appointed administrator of Punjab and Maharashtra Cooperative (PMC) Bank to auction two aircraft and a yacht owned by HDIL promoters Rakesh and Sarang Wadhawan to recover part of the amount in the Rs 4,355-crore loan fraud case.
