Bombay HC raps state, CM for slow progress in Pansare murder case

This is not the first time that the HC has rapped the government over the investigation. At the previous hearing of the case, on March 14, the court said the state has been reduced to a “laughing stock” for failing to catch the people responsible for the murder.
